This is two story home, built in 2007, has two bedrooms with a king size bed in
each, one bedrooms with two full size beds, and one bedroom with two full size
bunk beds. It will also have two bedrooms upstairs, each with a full size bunk
bed and a futon each. This home has two full bathrooms downstairs and two full
bathrooms upstairs. It also has a full kitchen, washer / dryer and 2
refrigerators Outside there is a patio with a fire pit, BBQ pit and picnic tables.
This home is located about a block from River Oaks Mini-Golf, hiking
trails, and about two blocks from
our private Cypress Villa river park. The Deer Run area is located between
the second and first river crossing on the left side of River Road
The Deer Run area has a volleyball area and horseshoe pits. Horseshoes
are furnished, please bring you own volleyball.
Central air condition and heat - Washer / Dryer, Satellite TV & DVD
You can access the Frio River at any one of the three river crossings at public access points or privately owned areas for a small fee, or walk to the Cypress Villa private park.
