three bathrooms, a full kitchen with two refrigerators, a laundry room with washer and
dryer. Outside there is a patio with fire pit, bar-b-que pit and picnic table.
This modern brick home is located about a block from River Oaks Mini-Golf and
from the Cypress Villa private park.
Deer Run has a volleyball area, basketball court, and horseshoe pits in the side
yard. Horseshoes are furnished, but you will need to bring your own basketball,
and volleyball .
Central air condition and heat - Satellite TV & DVD
You can access the Frio River at any one of the three river crossings at
public access points or privately owned areas for a small fee, or walk
to the Cypress Villa private park.
