This 1 bedroom home was built in 2002 and is centrally located. The Cypress Villa river park is within walking distance and our nature area and hiking trails start less than 100 yards the other way. The Deer Run area got its name because of the large numbers of deer that travel though there. Fireplace, washer, dryer, private hot tub, king size bed and 2 full size futons in the living area, Satellite TV & DVD, BBQ pit, picnic table, shady front and back yard.
You can access the Frio River at any one of the three river crossings at public access points or privately owned areas for a small fee, or walk to the Cypress Villa private park.
