This well known cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two full size beds, and two full size futons in the living room. This home has two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Located right across the street from our private Cypress Villa river park. There is a large side yard with a bar-b-que, fire pit and picnic table. Horseshoe pit and volleyball area, you will need to bring your own volleyball.
This cabin is located adjacent to Deer Run # 5 and very close to Cypress Villa # 4, 5 and 6.
You can access the Frio River at any one of the three river crossings for a
small fee or walk
to the Cypress Villa private park, which is right across the street..
