There is a three (3) night minimum stay required during Summer, Thanksgiving, Easter, and Spring Break, unless there is a four night opening, then we rent the four nights together, not three out of the four.  We cannot accept a reservation for a one night's stay anytime.  Off -season there is a two night minimum stay required.
