Hot Tubs- Riverside, River Oaks # 8,9,10,11,12, Deer Run # 2, Deer Run #3, Deer Run # 4, Cypress Villa # 3, Cypress Villa # 4, Live Oak # 1, and Creekwood have a hot tub. They are cleaned on your day of check in. Please keep them clean as we cannot change them during your stay. Age Requirement- You must be over 21 in order to rent a cabin from us. Valid ID required in order to place a reservation and check in. No Shows or day of reservation- If you do not "show up" or notify the office that you need to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for the entire amount of your stay. Smoking Policy-All River Oaks properties are Non-Smoking. There is a substaintial fee if you smoke in the cabins. ATVS or Golf Carts-If you are renting any Cypress Villa #1-8 cabin, any Deer Run # 1-8, or Big Oak you may bring an ATV or golf cart to transport people and belongings to the Cypress Villa Park ONLY. There are no vehicles allowed in the Cypress Villa Park. An adult must be the only person allowed to drive the ATV/golf cart. ATV's and golf cart's are not allowed to drive on River Road (CR348). ATV's and golf cart's are not allowed on the hiking trails. If this is abused, you will be asked to trailer your ATV or golf cart for the duration of your stay. Minimum night stay-There is a two night minimum stay required during our off- season and a three night minimum stay during Holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Easter or Spring Break and Summer. We cannot accept a one nights' stay anytime. Paper Products- The cleaning service we contract to clean our cabins does not provide toilet tissue, paper towels, or extra trash bags. Please be prepared to bring these products for your stay with us. Phone service/Internet None of our cabins have land lines or any kind of phone service. AT & T phones are the only kind that receive signal in our area. All other cell phone service carriers, such as Sprint or Nextel, will not receive service in the Concan area. You may need to travel 10 or more miles to receive a signal: however, our rental office has a land line that you may use 24 hours a day. You may need to purchase a phone card for long distance calls or 1-800 # for your laptop to dial up to. We do not have high speed internet in our cabins. If you have a special need during your stay for a phone or computer/fax line, please check with us and we would be happy to try and accommodate your needs. |
