Frio Vista has two bedrooms, an upstairs loft, & two baths. The master bedroom has
a king size bed, the other downstairs bedroom has a full size bed and the upstairs loft
has three full size beds. This home has central AC & heat, Satellite TV & VCR/DVD, and two full
size futons in the living room by the rock fireplace. Frio Vista has a huge 8 ft. X
8 ft. hot tub and a rock patio with a fire pit, bar-b-que pit and picnic table.
Frio Vista is located on a one acre lot, which reaches from the cabin to the
waters edge and adjoins the river front property of Riverside and Studio. There
is a small subdivision street that divides that lot.
