This home has two bedrooms, an upstairs loft, & two baths. The two downstairs bedrooms have a queen size bed in each and the upstairs loft has two full size beds. Studio has central AC & heat, Satellite TV & DVD, and a full size futon in the living room by the rock fireplace. Studio has a rock patio with a fire pit, bar-b-que pit and picnic table.
Studio is located on a one acre lot with Riverside. There is a small subdivision street that splits the lot with Studio being on one side (side by side with FrioVista) and Riverside being the closest to the water and Studio being slightly further because you have to cross the street.
