This home has two bedrooms, an upstairs loft, & two baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the other downstairs bedroom has a full size bed and the upstairs loft has two full size beds. Studio has central AC & heat, Satellite TV & VCR/DVD, and a full size futon in the living room by the rock fireplace. Studio has a hot tub and a rock patio with a fire pit, bar-b-que pit and picnic table.
Studio is located on a one acre lot with Riverside. There is a small subdivision street that splits the lot with Studio being on one side ( side by side with FrioVista) and Riverside being the closest to the water and Studio being slightly further because you have to cross the street.
