Our Hotel/Motel tax rate is 10%, your deposit amount is equal to one night's stay (excluding tax), and you must be over 21 years old to rent a cabin and check in. Any no shows will be charged for the entire stay. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your stay, you will be charged for the entire amount of your stay.
All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, however you will need to bring paper towels, kitchen towels or sponges, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, and trash bags. All beds have bedspreads, pillows and extra blankets, however you will need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases, and bath towels

homes have ramps, bars, handicap toilets, etc. Most of our units are handicap
friendly and have no curbs, 3 ft. doors, etc. A few of our units (such as CV
1-3-7-Riverside) cannot be made accessible by persons in wheelchairs. Please
call for more information.
